wildplayer sound format support

Hi maybe is a silly question but theres almost no information on the web about this.
this is a copy from wildplayer 0.333 doc.
---
;supports:CD/DVD, HDD/SD with FAT32, TFM, gs128-2M
;known formats: PT3/VT,PT2,PT1,STC,STP,FT,PSC,ASC
; SQT,FLS,GT,FXM,TFC,TFD
; and: mod/wav/raw files (only with GS!)
; also: Audio CD
;has play list mode, only for AY/TS/FM modules!
-----
I like to know what is the difference for each filetype?, and what audio chips they use.
Also what is "sound drive" and what software use it, other question if the zx evolution included onboard "covox interface" if theres any software that use it?, i never find one and like to hear how it sounds.

Thanks.

Если поддержите Yamaha YM2413 (OPLL), то добавлю её в конфигурацию ts-conf для U16. Нужны только порта в/в.
